Terms & Conditions

Tuition policies: 

1.            I fully understand that the owner/director, staff and faculty of Infinity Dance has the right to refuse lessons to a child whose tuition is delinquent. 

2.           There are no refunds on classes, private lessons, choreography, photo shoots, costumes, props, competitions, workshops, arts festivals and dance fees. 

3.           Tuition fees must be paid as signed on the Entry Form Below. 

4.           All classes must be paid in advance. 

5.           There will be a 9% (of your account) penalty fee for tuition outstanding after the 2^nd day of the month. 

6.           Normal monthly tuition will be applicable for January and December 2026 as for the rest of the year regardless of school holidays. 

7.           Our terms work according to the terms of Pecanwood College at Pecanwood College and for any other schools & our studio we work on the public school terms of North-West. 

8.           Cash or electronic transfers are welcome; please request a receipt for all cash payments.  

9.           Monthly/Yearly/Quarterly tuition only include dance classes, it does not include competitions, costumes, holiday classes or any extra costs. 

10.        All fees are payable for a full month, students joining Infinity Dance later or in the middle of a month will be invoiced pro-rata – except for the registration fee that stays R250.00/R200.00 per child. 

11.         A non-refundable annual registration/ admin fee of R250.00 must be paid for each new student and R200.00 for an existing student. Registration/ admin fees must be paid prior to the student’s first class. 

12.         All Tiny Tots & Mini classes are 30 minutes per week per style, Novice, Junior and Senior classes are 30/45/60 minutes per week per style. 

13.        Infinity Dance does not accept responsibility, direct or indirect, and will not be held liable for any accident or death, injuries, illness, theft, damage and/ or losses suffered by you and/ or the student during dance classes, rehearsals, performances, functions, outings and tours and you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Dance and its employees/ guardians, in the event of any such occurrences. 

14.        Parents will not be allowed to be a disturbance during class; also we do not tolerate siblings that cause a disturbance during class. 

15.        It will be expected of each parent/ student / guardian to pay for Showcase/Festival costumes in July 2026 of R400.00 –R700.00 per style. We will be hosting the Showcase on 7 November provisionally. Please plan ahead for these expenses so that proper costumes can be purchased or produced for the students. 

16.        Our annual compulsory photo shoot will be in the first public school quarter. 

Cancellations: 

17.        Please note that one month’s written notice is required to terminate any dance style or private classes.  

18.        72 hours notice is required if you cancel a workshop, private class or choreography class, if not you will still be billed for that session.
